How has the semester gone for you at KU?
This semester has been really good, fun, and busy. With last year being my first year on campus and covid it is very different this year. Having more to do and being more involved at St. Lawrence has been really fun

What are you involved with at St. Lawrence?
I am on the Koinonia team, I am a lector at Mass, and on the Good Co. team.

Now that you are back on campus, what have you enjoyed doing at St. Lawrence that you were unable to do last year?
One thing that has been really fun was having the events every week. You can have something happening every week or every night if you really wanted to. Just having the opportunities to meet people, be social, get to know them, and see them without a mask on has been really nice.

Going into the spring semester, what are you looking forward to?
I am looking forward to the warmer weather coming back, Koinonia, being back to school, KU basketball games, and wrapping up the school year.

How would you say St. Lawrence has influenced your faith life?
St. Lawrence has influenced my faith life because they have taught me that I have to make it my own. It is my job to get to Mass, learn how to pray, and use those resources. They want you to be successful and do everything in a fun way. I love being at the center, studying here, and getting involved with all of the positive things.

Is there anything you would like to tell students who might be transferring to KU at the end of the semester?
It is one of the best study spots with hidden nooks and places. Everyone is your friend and they want to get to know you. If you give it a chance and some time you will meet people who you will have a ton of fun with. Don’t be afraid to jump in! Even if you are hesitant, someone will walk at your pace with you.
